The product consists of a base material (mostly paper or film). This is partially impregnated to make the paper gap-proof.In the next step, a base coat that has specific properties is applied on the partially impregnated base material.
Depending on the product, a second coat of paint (top coat) with other properties is applied on the wet base coat. The structure is placed in the paint in the following work section. This is produced by a structured film (release film). After that, the complete product is driven through the electronic beam and linked and hardened there using the electron beams.
The finished product is wound at the end of this production line. The coiled finished product can then be packed and shipped.
